This is a long stadium jacket from Sacai Luck, made of wool and leather.
The body is navy striped wool, and the sleeves are white leather. This is a popular baseball coat from Sacai Luck.
I've used it for a long time, so the wool part is in good condition, but the leather sleeves show signs of wear.
